so i‘ve snagged myself a good solid 40 hours work which is great. it’s a re-design of a site i first made over 10 years ago when i first became interested in design, and had made changes to it two or three times since, but this is it's first major overhaul and i‘ve come up with a very interesting way of displaying the posts and the menu/search. i’m excited about it all.

while i was there i saw my brother who was supposed to take me out to the farm [ 43º 32' 6.74“ S - 171º 56' 45.69” E ] two sundays ago. i didn't ask why he didn't instead i asked if he wanted to join me and mum and my sister for lunch tomorrow, but he‘ll be working.

when i came home, simon had been home and taken the dog for a walk, but he arrived all grumpy and with a bleeding hand. silly dog had mistaken his hand for a stick which he was busily repeatedly not throwing but teasing her with.
sympathy, none.

i’ve been writing a food diary since the 1st april this year and i was going to put it online, but i‘ll wait till this new bit of work has been completed. i eat too much kfc, but that’s only on saturday nights after rugby. other than that, i eat well. generally only once a day however, as i never eat breakfast, and and have lunch maybe three times a month these last ten years. if that.
my favourite lunch as a child on a cold weekend was dads special liver and bacon and fresh bread and the oh so delicious gravy dad made with it. god, i'm salivating now at the thought.
